I had no idea who was being honest. Who was overcharging. If I even needed the repair at all. I'm a mom of four, I taught myself to code, and I've learned to figure things out on my own - but this? This made me feel completely powerless.

I spent hours researching, uploading photos to forums, trying to understand what was happening. Eventually I got clarity - but it shouldn't take hours of research to understand your own home.

That's when it hit me: this should exist as a product.
