Match2Fix LLC, doing business as Match2Fix (“Match2Fix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information. By accessing or using any part of the Services—including participation in beta testing via Apple TestFlight—you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (see Section 10).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and personalize your experience with Match2Fix.
- Deliver AI-generated repair diagnostics and improve accuracy.
- Authenticate users and manage sessions.
- Process crash reports and improve reliability.
- Respond to user support and feedback.
- Send transactional emails (e.g., password resets, sign-in links).
- Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3. TestFlight & Beta Participation
If you install Match2Fix through Apple TestFlight:
- Apple collects usage data and crash logs on our behalf.
- Participation is voluntary and can be revoked by removing the app from TestFlight.
- TestFlight data is used strictly for beta improvements.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party processors who may collect or process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

When a user deletes a diagnostic or account, related data is purged from our systems and Cloudinary within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

- Role-based access control.
- Firebase and Cloudinary security policies.
However, no system is completely immune to risk. Use of our services is at your own risk.
9. Your Rights
You can:
- Update your profile in-app.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
To delete your account, either:
- Use the Delete Account option within the app, or
- Email us at support@match2fix.com
We will verify and process your request within 30 days, subject to legal exceptions.
10. Children’s Privacy
Match2Fix is not intended for users under age 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us personal data, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance.
