Sensitive Images & Files

Photos, videos, and documents you upload may contain personal information about you or others. We process this content solely to provide the diagnostic Services you request. Please avoid uploading any content you are not authorized to share.

  1. Provide and improve the Services — process diagnostics, deliver results, and refine our AI models.
  2. Create and maintain your account — authenticate you, sync data across devices, and personalize your experience.
  3. Communicate with you — send transactional emails, technical notices, customer‑support messages, and, with your consent, marketing communications.
  4. Conduct research & development — analyze usage to improve features, train and fine‑tune AI models, and develop new products.
  5. Ensure security & prevent fraud — detect malicious activity, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the safety of users.
  6. Comply with legal obligations — maintain records, respond to lawful requests by public authorities, and enforce our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded images/files are stored for up to 24 months unless you delete them sooner via the app. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see “Your Rights & Choices”).

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.  No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.  If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete it.


10  International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries with different data‑protection laws than your country.  We use contractual clauses or other safeguards to protect cross‑border data transfers where required.
